Responsabilités

• Être responsable de l’installation et de la réparation des produits Agfa, comprenant la vérification de la sécurité des facteurs électriques et environnementaux sur les sites des clients, des tests du produit pour en garantir le bon fonctionnement, de la vérification des performances opérationnelles avec le client et de la révision des fonctions opérationnelles de base avec le client permettant d’atteindre nos obligations de formation lors de l’installation.
• Effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive et de réparation sur les contrats de maintenance affectés, sur les visites de courtoisie selon les besoins, ainsi que les comptes-clients temps et matériel.
• Maintenir une communication régulière avec le responsable régional afin de signaler rapidement les difficultés et assurer la satisfaction du client.
• Documenter quotidiennement les appels de service, les rapports de dépenses et de temps et les soumettre hebdomadairement au bureau de zone régionale conformément aux procédures établies; la documentation doit être soignée et lisible.
• Être responsable de la commande de pièces et du retour de pièces de rechange réparables.
• S’assurer que les aides à la maintenance, les outils et l’équipement de diagnostic sont en ordre et prêts pour le service.
• Faire la promotion de toutes les offres Agfa (ex: contrats de service, services professionnel, produits Agfa).
• Rester en contact étroit avec le planificateur afin de respecter tous les engagements en matière de temps de réponse et de disponibilité.
• Comprendre et respecter toutes les politiques de sécurité au travail ainsi que durant la conduite d’un véhicule de l’entreprise.
• Déterminer rapidement le comportement et la personnalité du client afin d’être capable d’interagir efficacement.
• Échanger avec d’autres employés d’Agfa et être capable de travailler efficacement avec différents ensembles de compétences, émotions et motivations.
• Démontrer de la loyauté envers l’entreprise et prendre consciemment des décisions prudentes et responsables sur le plan financier.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair operations on assigned maintenance contracts, courtesy visits as required, as well as time and material customer accounts. Maintain regular communication with the regional manager to quickly report issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Document service calls, expense and time reports on a daily basis and submit them weekly to the regional area office in accordance with established procedures; The documentation must be neat and legible.
• Be responsible for ordering parts and returning repairable spare parts. Ensure maintenance aids, tools and diagnostic equipment are in order and ready for service.
• Promote all Agfa offers (e.g. service contracts, professional services, Agfa products). Stay in close contact with the planner to meet all response time and availability commitments.
• Understand and comply with all safety policies at work as well as while driving a company vehicle.
• Quickly determine the customer’s behavior and personality in order to be able to interact effectively.
• Exchange with other Agfa employees and be able to work effectively with different skill sets, emotions and motivations.
• Demonstrate loyalty to the company and consciously make prudent and financially responsible decisions.
• Be resourceful, creative, motivated, while being able to work without supervision. The incumbent acts as an intermediary for Agfa’s management, sales and client issues (business needs, political environment, personnel changes, etc.).

Qualifications

• Diplôme relié en technologie électronique ou équivalent
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication
