In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Financial control of all aspects of the business. Full responsibility for monthly reporting, consolidation, and data integrity, analysis, and forecasting. Review reports prepared by the cost controller and standard management reports. Develop and implement new financial tools and processes to improve efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Provide technical and analytical support for various ad-hoc projects. Manage administrative and reporting requirements for the Amiens team – verify monthly timesheets, approve and include overtime for payment, vacation requests, purchases for personal use (office supplies, IT equipment), IT connections, and system access for team members. Actively involved in team development – setting objectives and performance evaluation together with the Cluj Financial Services Center, establishing training and development plans, organizational analysis, talent reviews.
