Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Shipping / Receiving Clerk - 3rd Shift. Lo que harás: El Shipping/Receiving Clerk es responsable de la documentación, transporte, traslado, recibo, envío de productos, documentos, paquetes y piezas a nuestros almacenes, clientes o suplidores internos. Según sea requerido puede proveer los servicios de transporte al personal de la empresa incluyendo traslados entre las operaciones de Eaton en Puerto Rico, aeropuerto y/o lugares designados. Cumple con las normas de seguridad, leyes de tránsito establecido por el Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa. Tareas Principales área de shipping: 1. Recogido de la carga a ser embarcada en el área de Producción/ Designada. 2. Verificar que la documentación “Shop Pack” esté de acuerdo con las unidades a ser levantadas. 3. Realizar los release, SA y confirmación correspondientes de cada unidad a través de los sistemas AS400/Vista. 4. Manejar cada reléase de acuerdo con el modo de embarque correspondiente (Aéreo o Marítimo). 5. Pegar Packing Slip a cada unidad procesada. 6. Mover la carga a enviarse a los contenedores de cada Carrier. 7. Responsable de guardar y manejar toda documentación relacionada al envío. 8. Preparar manifiesto de mercancía a ser enviada por vía marítima cuando sea requerido. Tareas Principales área de receiving: 1. Recibo en sistema, recogido y entrega de la mercancía recibida a las áreas destinadas. 2. Verificar que la documentación” Packing Slip” esté de acuerdo con el paquete recibido. 3. Mantener documentos de recibos debidamente organizados y archivados por fecha y secuencia en cumplimiento a los requisitos de control de documentos y la política de retención de documentos. 4. Realizar proceso de recibo correspondientes de cada unidad recibida a través de los sistemas AS400/Vista y PCS (Production Control Systems) 5. Generar recibos de Feeder's (en caso de que aplique) con el proceso de PCS con las instrucciones del departamento de Finanzas. 6. Identificar mercancía que va para Inspección o presentan Problemas para ser recibidas en sistema. 7. Mover y almacenar la carga a las áreas designadas para garantizar que haya suficiente espacio de almacenamiento para los artículos entrantes. 8. Responsable de guardar y manejar toda documentación relacionada al recibo. Requisitos: Educación: Cuarto Año de Escuela Superior. Experiencia: Dos (2) años en posición similar o directamente relacionada.
