Identify new business opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, and local prospecting. Clearly explain product benefits, demonstrate the card reader device, and handle objections to successfully close sales. Assist prospects through the signup process, working closely with the KYC team to ensure smooth onboarding. Follow up on marketing and referral-generated leads to maximize conversion rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, identifying upselling opportunities for other Tide products and services. Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on campaigns, product features, and updates. Represent Tide in your designated region by visiting high streets, trade zones, and small business communities. Support partner locations and merchant sites during the onboarding of new members. Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate business owners’ schedules.
