We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to thrive in a varied role where no two days are the same, supporting multiple brands for a company in Kirkbymoorside.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative team, working across a group of growing brands.
You’ll be working closely with a supportive Creative Director, taking ownership of key marketing activity and having real input into brand direction.

SOME OF THE MARKETING ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL BE:

• Supporting brand strategy development alongside the Creative Director
• Running and refining paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Creating segmented email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows
• Planning and scheduling content, coordinating photoshoots, and managing creative assets
• Getting involved in influencer outreach, product launches, and marketing events
• Writing blogs and improving website content with SEO in mind
• Responding to customer queries via email and live chat in a friendly, professional way
• Guiding customers, assisting with delivery and post-sale support
• Creating and sending targeted email campaigns to promote new products and keep clients informed
• Working with Sales and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Analysing campaign performance and using insights to shape future activity

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD:

• Be a Marketing graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Have hands-on experience using Meta Business Suite
• Have basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Be familiar with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Feel confident switching between brands, audiences, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  This role would suit someone confident working independently, who enjoys taking ownership of their workload and contributing ideas. You’ll be part of a small but talented team where you’ll be trusted to get stuck in and make a difference.
  This will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break, earning a salary at or around £27,000 depending on experience.
  Due to the location of the office, you’ll need your own transport.
