JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Xcel Health. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engage with our clients effectively. This position is crucial in helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in the healthcare sector.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a marketing or graphic design role
• Some knowledge of SEO principles and tools like Google Trends

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience or education in marketing or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Experience with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Executive to support digital and offline campaigns that grow our brand and connect with our community. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including content creation, campaign planning, and performance tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the creation and scheduling of content across social media, email, and print
• Conduct basic SEO research to support blog topics, page optimisation, and keyword use
• Help manage social media platforms and engage with our audience
• Support the marketing of events and new services
• Contribute to graphic design, video editing, and content planning
• Maintain content calendars and assist with marketing admin tasks
