We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our online Beds.ie team.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience would be preferred.
• Customer driven with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Motivated, with keen attention to detail.

• Assist with the administration of processing of sales calls that come in as well as online queries.
• Ensure that all customer enquiries are handled in a professional manner and used as a sales opportunity.
• Ensure that customers’ accounts are prepared and maintained and that payments are dealt with according to company’s cash handling procedures.
• Arrange deliveries / appointments with customers by telephone or on person.
• Contact suppliers and check expected arrival dates of goods to the premise.
