REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Participate in a structured training program to learn about our company and industry
• Understand and promote our products and services
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
• Follow up on leads and conduct cold calling to generate new sales leads
• Attend sales meetings and presentations with senior sales professionals
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide sales reports as required
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and competition
