Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en de spil in het verkoopproces. Je beheert je eigen klantenbestand, zorgt dat aanvragen goed opgevolgd worden en werkt samen met partners in Azië en Oost-Europa. Denk aan machinaal bewerkte en geassembleerde gietstukken, smeedstukken en lasconstructies. Omdat elk product klantspecifiek is, is geen dag hetzelfde en vraagt dit om scherpte, geduld en oog voor detail. Je beoordeelt binnenkomende aanvragen, bestelt producten bij internationale leveranciers en volgt de orders tot aan levering. Ondertussen houd je contact met klanten, denk je mee over oplossingen en zorg je dat hun verwachtingen worden overtroffen. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Key Accountmanager en vormt samen een sterk team. De werkplek biedt veel meer dan alleen een bureau. Je krijgt moderne faciliteiten, zit/sta-bureaus en zelfs bruisend water uit de kraan. In de kantine kun je ontspannen met pool, tafeltennis, darts of tafelvoetbal. Ook buiten werktijd is er genoeg gezelligheid: de personeelsvereniging organiseert regelmatig leuke activiteiten. Kortom, een afwisselende functie met veel klantcontact, internationale samenwerking en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
