Job Description We are seeking a director to lead the execution of Marketing Services strategies and commercial initiatives with Brazil’s public banks. This professional will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key clients, supporting the development of integrated solutions, and ensuring the delivery of measurable results for the sector. This role plays a pivotal part in partnering with clients to achieve both Visa’s and our clients’ business and brand goals. In this role, you will set the strategic direction for marketing, guide the campaign portfolio, and shape investment decisions using data-driven insights and ROI analysis. You will oversee creative development and media planning and engage senior stakeholders through effective communication and positive influence. This position calls for vision, creativity, analytical rigor, and executional excellence to deliver meaningful results in dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities: Implement the defined strategy for the public banks segment, aligning sector priorities and contributing to account roadmaps. Manage marketing projects and initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing Services, Finance) to deliver integrated and high-impact solutions. Support commercial negotiations and contracts, contributing to deepening partnerships and generating long-term value. Monitor financial and operational indicators, collaborating on planning and P&L management. Participate in RFP processes and presentations, articulating the value of Visa’s solutions for public issuers. Promote best practices, contract management rigor, and knowledge sharing across teams. Engage internal and external stakeholders to support initiatives and remove execution barriers. Lead, develop, and engage talent, fostering capability development, succession planning, and overseeing the execution of strategies and projects within the team.
