Job Details Job Location: Tamuning, GU 96931 Salary Range: $26,400.00 Salary/year SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Marketing Associate will support the marketing function of the organization in the management and execution of all marketing and promotional activities for Triple J Enterprises, with a special focus on events, promotions, and digital marketing. Works alongside Creative Supervisor and Social Media Manager on graphic design for marketing and promotional assets. Works alongside Creative Supervisor and Social Media Manager on conceptual, shooting, and video editing. Provides support to the marketing team in managing, writing content and minor creative conceptual for social media, email campaigns, etc. Assist with social media monitoring, brand presence, and the identification of emerging trends, platform activity, and competitor campaigns. Tracks and reports marketing efforts and promotions of the competition. Key team member in managing events and sponsorships to ensure efficient execution while maximizing all possible opportunities. Collaborate with marketing team members and to some extent division managers for specific marketing and advertising objectives. Present assignments to division manager/leaders and department as needed. Responsible for processing and auditing of monthly vendor invoices. Supports in all other areas of marketing related tasks assigned by the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment with some exposure to the outdoor weather conditions (dependent on the scope of work). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. POSITION TYPE This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. May work on weekends or evenings as required. TRAVEL Local travel to various worksites may be required. Travel off-island may be required as well.
