The Role
Due to significant growth in our Canadian business we are looking to add two Customer Sales and Service Specialists. As a Customer Sales and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a positive sales experience for the ecommerce, walk in and phone customers. The customers will rely on your packaging knowledge for the best solution to meet their needs. In addition to these duties the Customer Sales and

The Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will be:

• Maintaining a clean showroom and updating packaging displays in a creative manner
• Must be enthusiastic about engaging customers to provide solutions
• Responsible for answering and securing orders by phone, email and face to face at the showroom
• Providing service for both E-Commerce and cash sales
• Must be able to determine potential customer leads and forward lead opportunities to the appropriate Packaging Consultant
• Must be organized and possess ability to work in a fast-paced setting that requires precise
• Preparing and shipping new product samples to potential and existing customers
• Providing clear and concise communication with the Warehouse staff to ensure proper and timely shipping of customer orders
• Actively seek to build relationships with potential and existing customers
• Process Purchase Orders to coordinate delivery of ordered packaging product
• Process payments; including credit card payments, checks and cash
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, sales and order processing environment while displaying passion for offering packaging solutions

This position will offer a challenging and rewarding experience. You will have direct customer interaction; while working to generate leads for the Purchasing Consultant. The customers will require that you be proactive in solving potential issues and precise in shipping orders and meeting deadlines.
