The role contributes to global brand planning in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs, and Market Access (3M), as well as CFUs, and ensuring alignment with overall global brand strategies and objectives. In addition, this position supports the implementation of global initiatives by translating global strategy into executable brand programs, tools, and guidance for regional teams. The Manager supports global launch readiness, lifecycle management, and post‑launch activities, including coordination of cross‑functional inputs and development of global brand, launch, and promotional materials. The role works closely with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to support consistent execution of global brand positioning, key messages, promotion and disease education initiatives across markets. In addition, the Manager supports monitoring of the global competitive environment in glaucoma and contributes commercial insights to inform brand optimization and portfolio planning. Global Brand Plan Development, Execution & Initiative Implementation Develop and support the execution of global brand plan, including positioning frameworks, key messages for assigned brands in the glaucoma portfolio (Rhopressa, Roclanda, Preserflo and other global glaucoma brands where necessary) Implementation of initiatives for the glaucoma portfolio Global Launch Readiness & Operational Support Support global launch readiness activities for global glaucoma products as a core member of the Global Launch Readiness Team (GLRT).
