Description Textiles Coated International is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Marketing Director. The ideal applicant would already have a good grasp of the technical details of PTFE products and be able to utilize that knowledge in serving new and current customers. Responsibilities include: Develop strategic marketing and manage TCI's brand and market positioning strategy. Define target segments, messaging and value propositions Collect, organize and communicate qualified leads to sales team members Monitor competitors and industry trends to anticipate shifts and/or opportunities Align marketing strategy with company objectives in partnership with leadership Manage Marketing staff members including outside contractors and consultants Contribute, as needed, to improve marketing and manufacturing efficiencies Oversee use of marketing software technology to drive positive outcomes Evaluate project/campaign results to determine overall cost/benefit effectiveness Manage and coordinate tradeshow and industry conference participation globally Provide regular reports with data, insights, outcomes and recommendations Company Overview: Textiles Coated International is a manufacturer of specialty PTFE materials that are compatible with all chemicals and temperatures as high as 600°F. Since 1985, TCI has been continuously manufacturing high-quality materials designed to perform in the most challenging thermal and chemical environments. TCI’s two facilities house manufacturing space with customized coating, lamination, fabrication, film, mixing, maintenance, research and development, and laboratory departments. With an around-the-clock manufacturing schedule, TCI is constantly focused on providing high quality products, short lead times, and excellent customer support. No Agencies or Recruiters Requirements Extensive experience in high-level systems planning, design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex, and distributed systems Exceptional program management skills and the ability to organize, plan, and execute projects Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities leading to exemplary results Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to effectively and succinctly communicate complex concepts Strong team leadership skills Exceptional attention to detail; ability to combine focus on key responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership over all relevant aspects of the business Education- Experience MBA in a relatable field such as Marketing or Business Analytics Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other related field, or equivalent certifications and experience A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology-related marketing. Analytical skills to relate marketing strategies and tactics to critical company measurements for success Manufacturing marketing experience preferred
