You will act as a central point of coordination that brings together multiple teams aimed at improving our service delivery and brand presence in the market. \n Accountabilities Lead performance management across volume, conversion, CPA, and profitability. Monitor and manage daily and weekly channel performance; lead rapid response actions when volatility occurs. Provide regular performance updates & insights on results across aggregators. Identify and execute optimization initiatives across aggregators, including ranking improvements and bid strategies. Negotiate and sign portfolio-level partnerships with priority aggregators. Manage major aggregator relationships as the senior point of contact. Drive annual and quarterly aggregator strategic planning along the portfolio. Support strategic planning and quarterly performance reviews with senior commercial leaders. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years in aggregator operations, performance marketing, or channel management. Proven experience in driving scalable operational processes. Strong commercial negotiation skills within marketplace ecosystems.
