We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to support our Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager. In this role, you will assist in managing influencer partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and creating engaging content for our digital channels. If you’re passionate about the beauty industry, influencer marketing, and staying ahead of digital trends, this is the role for you!

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and influencer marketing, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Salary Range: $60k – $85k + super
  • Reporting to: Ally Phillips, Hamish Buckley, Blair James, Nick Towns
  • Working Closely with: Influencer & Social Media Marketing Manager
  • Team Size: 4
  • Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)

    Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
