We’re hiring a bold, creative, go-getter Sales & Marketing Professional to take charge of our two standout Dublin brands:
Woodfire & Wings – the wood-oven pizza & wings hot-spot famed for its bottomless brunches, corporate deals, festive parties, private bookings, and bold flavour profile .
Broadway Pub & Restaurant – Clondalkin’s art-deco showstopper, offering crafted cocktails, weekend brunch, stellar Sunday roasts, and private events up to 150 covers .
What You’ll Do
· Plan and execute mouth-watering social and digital campaigns that drive bookings across venues.
· Create content that reflects each venue’s identity: bold & casual (Woodfire) vs. refined & social (Broadway).
· Land corporate orders and venue bookings—ranging from office lunches to private parties and Sunday roasts.
· Manage email promos, voucher campaigns, and seasonal offers.
· Support Venue managers with local marketing plans and sales driving incentives
· Different parts of the business that we look the drive sales in are: bookings, corporate catering events, private function room bookings, takeaway and delivery business through our multiple units.
What You’ll Bring
· Minimum 3 years’ hospitality/restaurant/events marketing & sales experience.
· Social media & digital ad savvy.
· Consistent content structure across all aspects of the business
· Strong written + visual content storytelling skills.
· Organised, self-starter attitude with execution focus.
· Dublin-market awareness and local networks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
