Job Description Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Support data management and entry into the firm’s CRM system, with a particular focus on data quality, accuracy, and expediency of processing. Assist with the execution of large data loads (e.g., relationship onboarding, BD activity management, data cleanup). Help manage data changes and expansion -- data quality, cleanup, standardization, and verification process (including using various online resources to verify data). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/marketing assistant role preferably in the legal, banking or large corporate setting. Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and language usage, as well as standard business correspondence formatting. Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Microsoft Office Suite 2010. Knowledge of OnePlace or another CRM system preferred. Working technical knowledge of database management or HTML is a plus. Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and foster successful, working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
