Responsibilities Pipeline & CRM Governance: Own the integrity of the firm’s global deal pipeline. You will enforce discipline around CRM usage, ensuring accurate tracking of deal stages, probabilities, and closing timelines across all regional teams. Commercial Analytics: Track and report on critical KPIs, including Term Sheets issued, conversion rates, and deal velocity. You will turn raw data into actionable insights for the Global Head. Strategic Reporting: Lead the preparation of high-stakes presentations and reports, including Board papers, monthly management reports, and quarterly strategy reviews. Resource Management: Manage the operational heartbeat of the Investments team, including budget oversight and resource planning.
