Reporting to the Sales and Install Team Lead, The Sales and Install Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from sales to installation by managing documentation, scheduling, and customer communication. This position supports cross-functional coordination between teams, handles warranty and compliance processes, and provides proactive updates to ensure customer satisfaction and project efficiency. Ideal candidates are organized, collaborative, and committed to delivering a seamless client experience.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the sales-to-install process.
• Provide proactive updates on project status, timelines, and next steps.
• Follow up with customers post-installation to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, or administrative support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and customer first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
