POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial planning, analysis, taxation, and reporting functions, while serving as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions to secure funding on behalf of the company and its stakeholders. The role requires a strong command of financial strategy and management reporting, coupled with proven experience in advanced financial structuring, all while ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• CA or MBA in Finance, Accounting is mandatory.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA or ACCA are highly desirable.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting, taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax), and funding negotiations.
• Knowledge of innovative accounting techniques that align with regulatory compliance and business optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (PACT & Odoo), MS Excel, and financial modelling.
