As an Experienced Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering a personalized, high-end shopping experience for customers seeking silver and antique jewelry. You will play a key role in building relationships with customers, understanding their preferences, and helping them find the perfect pieces to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and styling advice on silver and antique jewelry.
• Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in the unique features of silver and antique jewelry, including provenance, craftsmanship, and value.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Use your sales expertise to upsell and cross-sell related products, helping to increase store revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they have a personalized experience.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in displaying and organizing jewelry pieces in a way that maximizes sales and attracts customers.
• Payment Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in retail sales, ideally in jewellery sales or high-end fashion retail.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with silver jewelry, antique pieces, and their unique characteristics.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle delicate and high-value products with care and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Comfortable working within a team and assisting with various store tasks.
• Flexibility: Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
