What you are working on:

• End-to-end recruiting: You are responsible for the entire hiring process for our tech departments, from defining the candidate profile to signing the contract, working on an equal footing with the hiring managers.
• Active Sourcing & Pipeline: You build target group-specific sourcing strategies for tech talent, manage your quotas based on data, and utilize automations and communities.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting with a strong focus on tech roles, as well as a relevant degree or comparable qualification.
• Excellent ATS and tech expertise: Ideally, you have experience with the Ashby ATS, use modern sourcing methods, and have a strong interest in AI technologies.

Your tasks:

• Together with our HR team, you will shape a modern recruiting organization and continuously develop our processes.
• You will be responsible for filling specialist, expert and management positions – with a particular focus on the technical and skilled trades sector.
