Job Description

As a key user of SAP in our team, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our SAP landscape. You will focus primarily on the Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Production Planning (PP) modules.

• Become the go-to expert for these modules, providing hands-on support and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT by translating operational requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Drive innovation by participating in cross-functional projects, system upgrades and global SAP rollouts (e.g. S/4HANA).
• Lead the testing and implementation of SAP enhancements and new functionalities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Empower users by delivering training and fostering SAP knowledge across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical subject, or have completed an advanced technical apprenticeship. You have substantial experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• As an experienced leader, you take a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• You have a proven track record in planning and executing maintenance activities in regulated industries, demonstrating strategic oversight and operational excellence.
• Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure enable you to effectively guide teams and maintain high standards.
• You communicate fluently in both English and German, fostering productive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, and you have a confident and professional demeanour.
