Gulf Orchid Perfumes is seeking an experienced and strategic Luxury Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for luxury perfumes and a strong understanding of the market, with the ability to enhance brand visibility, optimize distribution strategies, and ensure our products are positioned in the right locations to maintain their exclusivity and luxury appeal. This role will focus on developing and executing brand strategies, expanding the perfume distribution network, and ensuring the right placement of products in premium market segments.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, with a strong background in luxury goods, specifically in the perfume industry.
• Proven experience in managing the distribution network and securing prime placement for luxury brands.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and partners.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and the luxury market.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple markets.
