JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and hardworking Cleaner and House Cook who specializes in Indian and Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized home, as well as preparing daily meals for the household. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Indian and Asian cooking.
• Experience as a domestic helper/housekeeper.
• Knowledge of household cleaning tools and chemicals.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Honest, punctual, and respectful.
• Able to communicate in English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:COOKING DUTIES:

• Prepare and cook Indian and Asian meals (including South Indian, North Indian, and other Asian dishes).
• Plan weekly menus in coordination with the employer.
• Grocery shopping or preparing shopping lists.
• Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as required.
• Manage kitchen inventory and stock levels.

CLEANING DUTIES:

• Daily cleaning of all rooms (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.).
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Laundry: washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes.
• Organizing closets and storage spaces.
• Garbage disposal and recycling.
