Total Rewards Strategy & Remuneration Reviews: Lead annual and ad-hoc remuneration review processes including planning, benchmarking, governance, and reporting. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, fair, and well-informed remuneration and benefits decisions. Benefits & Recognition Programs: Manage and continuously improve employee benefits and recognition programs, ensuring effective administration, strong governance, and clear communication across the organisation.
