The successful candidate for this position will be expected to:

• provide direct support to the student in the classroom, assisting with curriculum and transitions;
• support the student with their academics and diverse learning needs;
• monitor and report student progress;
• work collaboratively with team members and teachers on school initiatives and programming;
• exhibit excellent planning and organizational skill;
• report directly to parent regarding student progress and relevant updates as required.
