Partner close with Visa VCS function at both CISSEE and CEMEA Level in identifying synergies opportunities in go to market and offer bundling, as well as supporting VCS in structuring deals pitches and presentations for selected key clients In coordination with Country Managers, Account Executives and VCA geographic leads, develop plans for consulting activity in the sphere of Commercial and Corporate banking. Develop project pitches and secure new Consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagements opportunities via a consultative sales approach in assigned markets. Work closely with other VISA groups, including, Sales, VAS, Marketing etc., to ensure a seamless Consulting experience Support Visa’s business development and VCA and VCS teams in developing client partnership pitches and proposals. Lead knowledge sharing initiatives with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients. Become a CISSEE point of reference for topics related to Corporate and Commercial banking advisory Where appropriate, work with designated practice areas globally to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other services and leverage global consulting solutions. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred. At least 10 years of overall work experience including mandatory solid (at least 5 years) consulting experience in primary strategy or management consulting firm Additional experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks, Strategy or business Functions would be a plus, as well as in primary players active in the B2B money movement space Solid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities, including advanced client contact, public speaking skills and advanced skills in using Excel and Power point.
