Worum geht es in dieser Position?

Wir suchen dich, weil wir den Vertrieb unseres Produkts FIO Account weiter ausbauen möchten und dafür eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit benötigen, die langfristige Kundenbeziehungen im Bankenumfeld entwickelt und gestaltet.

Du übernimmst als Key Account Manager:in im Bankwesen für den virtuellen Zahlungsverkehr eine zentrale Rolle im Vertrieb unserer Softwarelösung FIO Account.

Die Position bietet dir maximale Flexibilität: Du kannst sowohl remote als auch vor Ort arbeiten. Für den regelmäßigen Austausch im Team legen wir Wert auf deine Präsenz an unserem Standort in Leipzig an mindestens einem Tag pro Woche.

Welche Aufgaben übernimmst du konkret?

  • Du verantwortest die Neukundengewinnung im Bankenumfeld und akquirierst gezielt Banken für unsere Softwarelösungen im virtuellen Zahlungsverkehr
  • Du steuerst komplexe B2B-Vertriebsprozesse im Softwarevertrieb eigenständig – vom Erstkontakt über die Bedarfsermittlung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Kund:innen weiter und identifizierst neue Potenziale
  • Du baust langfristige und belastbare Kundenbeziehungen auf
  • Du führst strategische Deals und Key Accounts souverän zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

Womit überzeugst du in dieser Rolle?

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen im Bankenumfeld oder einem anderen Bereich mit starker Kundenorientierung mit
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im virtuellen Zahlungsverkehr oder im FinTech Umfeld
  • Du kannst komplexe Prozesse strukturieren, für die Kunden visualisieren und agierst hierbei immer kundenorientiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Dich zeichnen selbstorganisiertes und strukturiertes Arbeiten aus
  • Du strukturierst komplexe Themen verständlich und entwickelst kundenorientierte Lösungen
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, empathisch und kannst deine Standpunkte gegenüber deinen Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen klar vertreten
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau, Englisch ist von Vorteil
  • Du bist bereit zu reisen und arbeitest gern im direkten Austausch mit Kund:innen
