Deine Aufgabe Als Event Marketing Manager bei JTL gestaltest Du Events, die wirklich etwas bewegen – für unsere Pipeline und unsere Community. Du planst und steuerst Veranstaltungen entlang unserer Vertriebsziele: vom strukturierten Lead-Capture über einen nahtlosen CRM-Follow-up-Prozess bis hin zu messbaren Ergebnissen in qualifizierten Kontakten, Conversion Rates und Pipeline-Beitrag. Gleichzeitig bist Du das Herzstück unserer Community: Du bringst Partner, Händler und Dienstleister zusammen – bei regionalen Stammtischen ebenso wie auf der JTL-PartnerConvention – und positionierst JTL als Mittelpunkt eines lebendigen Ökosystems. Zwei Säulen, eine Rolle, volle Wirkung. Du planst Events datengetrieben – auf Basis von Vertriebszielen, Pipeline-Forecast und Lead-Quoten – mit klaren Zielen zu Kontaktanzahl, Ziel-Segmenten und erwartetem Pipeline-Beitrag. Du entwickelst ein Jahresprogramm aus Community-Events (Stammtische, Partner-Meetups, regionale Treffen), das Partner und Händler aktiv einbindet – mit echtem Mehrwert statt reiner Werbung. Du organisierst die JTL-PartnerConvention von der Konzeption über Speaker bis zum Rahmenprogramm und pflegst aktiv die Beziehung zur Community. Du baust für jedes Event einen strukturierten Lead-Capture-Prozess auf – kein Kontakt geht verloren – und sorgst für saubere CRM-Überführung inkl. Qualifizierungsmerkmalen und Next Steps. Du steuerst Follow-up-Sequenzen via Marketing Automation und evaluierst externe Auftritte anhand von Kosten-pro-Lead und Conversion-Potenzial. Du planst und führst die JTL-Connect durch – unser großes eCommerce-Event für Kunden, Partner und Interessenten und koordinierst alle weiteren internen Firmenevents. Du organisierst Messeauftritte (Standdesign, Logistik, Personal) und bewertest sie anhand von Lead-Qualität, Community-Impact und ROI. Du erstellst strukturiertes Reporting zu Pipeline-Beitrag und Community-Engagement, leitest Learnings ab und teilst Ergebnisse aktiv mit Marketing, Partnermanagement und Vertrieb. Was Du dafür mitbringst Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventbereich mit. Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Lead-Generierung durch Events – du weißt, wie man Kontakte strukturiert erfasst und in Vertriebspipelines überführt. Du kennst dich mit CRM-Systemen wie HubSpot oder Salesforce aus und weißt, wie Event-Leads darin sauber verarbeitet werden. Du denkst analytisch: du definierst KPIs, interpretierst Daten und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Zahlen. Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Event-Follow-up-Prozessen – von der E-Mail über Nurturing bis zur Vertriebsübergabe. Du bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst mehrere Projekte parallel priorisieren und steuern. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Augenhöhe mit Vertrieb und Marketing und bringst beide Welten zusammen. Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Marketing-Automation-Tools wie HubSpot, Marketo oder Pardot gearbeitet und kennst dich mit Lead-Scoring und Lifecycle-Segmentierung aus. Ein Background in der B2B-SaaS- oder eCommerce-Branche sowie Erfahrung mit Event-Tech-Tools wie Eventbrite, Cvent oder Hopin sind ein Plus.
