Ce département combine une mission sociétale dont le but est de permettre l'accès aux soins pour tous et une mission académique dont le but est de faire de l'enseignement pré et post-gradué et de la recherche en médecine de premier recours. Le Service de médecine de premier recours (SMPR) assure la prise en charge ambulatoire de patients et patientes adultes relevant de la médecine de premier recours. Ce service offre également des prestations de médecine d’urgence ambulatoire à la population. Dans le cadre des missions d’intérêt général des HUG, il offre l’accès aux soins des populations désavantagées de par leur âge, leur statut social, économique, juridique (requérantes d’asile, frappées de non-entrée en matière, clandestines, prisonnières), ou leurs habitudes de vie ; au besoin, le Service de médecine de premier recours assure également la continuité de leurs soins. La consultation pour victimes de torture et guerre (CTG) est un service ambulatoire qui offre aux adultes traumatisés par des violences extrêmes un soutien médical, psychologique et psycho-social. Elle fait partie du groupement national « Support for torture victims » et est soutenue financièrement par la Croix-Rouge Suisse (CRS) et les HUG. La CTG existe depuis 2004. Sur mandat renouvelable du Secrétariat d’Etat aux migrations, la CTG collabore activement au sein du groupement afin d’assurer les soins à ces personnes vulnérables. Pour que les survivants et survivantes de la torture, de la guerre et de la persécution puissent s’intégrer dans notre société, il est essentiel qu’ils recouvrent la santé, l’autonomie et la dignité. L’offre pluridisciplinaire de notre service ambulatoire leur permet de mieux gérer leur vécu traumatique, de développer leurs aptitudes personnelles et de consolider leurs ressources familiales et sociales. Description du poste Vous accueillez, évaluez et prenez en charge thérapeutique des personnes majeures souffrant des séquelles de torture ou de guerre (physiques, sexuelles, psychologiques, sociales), ou de leurs proches. Des professionnels et professionnelles d’organisations internationales sont aussi prises en charge. Vous évaluez les types de torture, leurs impacts sur la santé mentale, physique et sociale avec différents outils et établissez des rapports. Vous évaluez également les autres types de violences interpersonnelles subies et agies. Vous traitez les patients et patientes selon une approche interdisciplinaire (collaboration étroite avec vos collègues de l’Unité et du Service, et le réseau genevois pour les migrants). Possiblement, vous prendrez en renfort d’autres types de victimes (violences domestiques, violences de rue, traite des êtres humains, mariages forcés…). Vous prenez part aux activités du service de médecine de premier recours (colloque médical, formations …). Vous participez aux activités externes de la CTG (formations externes, représentations lors des colloques de la CRS...) et internes de la CTG et de l’UIMPV (colloques d’équipe, supervisions, intervisions, développement et application d’outils spécifiques d’évaluation…) ainsi qu’à des activités de réseau sur le plan cantonal et fédéral. Une implication particulière vous sera demandée pour le déploiement de l’activité de la CTG (élaboration de stratégie, participation à la visibilité de la consultation et à l’évaluation des besoins). Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en psychologie (ou formation jugée équivalente) et d’un titre de spécialiste fédéral en psychothérapie (de niveau MAS). Vous justifiez d’une expérience en tant que psychologue psychothérapeute de 3 ans au moins dont une expérience réussie avec la population migrante et les victimes. Vous avez des connaissances en psychotraumatologie et psychosomatique, du système de santé suisse et de la politique d’asile suisse. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française. Une bonne connaissance de l’anglais est souhaitée et d’autres langues sont un atout. Vous avez une grande capacité d’écoute et savez créer des liens. Vous gérez également des situations de stress. Vous savez travailler de manière autonome mais également au sein d’une équipe et dans un contexte multidisciplinaire et hospitalo-universitaire afin d’assurer une prise en charge globale des patientes et des patients (contact avec les infirmiers et infirmières, les assistantes et assistants sociaux, les juristes et avocats et avocates, les interprètes, le réseau de soins tel que l’USAR, le dispositif MEME, le réseau psychiatrique et associatif).
