Description Project Name: Procurement System Modernization Scope: The Change Management Specialist works with internal groups to develop and deliver change strategies and supporting content that enable impacted stakeholders to successfully transition from their current state to a future state. This role supports both new project implementations and the ongoing sustainment enhancement and optimization of existing 1GX operations and functionalities. Reporting to the Manager 1GX Business Excellence - Communications OCM and Training this position is responsible for the development and implementation of change management and communication deliverables that drive effective adoption sustained use and continuous improvement of the 1GX solution across the Government of Alberta. The Change Management Specialist works with internal groups and creates strategies and content to effectively manage change deliverables that will enable impacted stakeholders to successfully transition from their current state to the future state.
