Su rol abarca la supervisión de instalaciones, reparaciones, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, y la implementación de iniciativas de mejora continua, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia establecidos por la compañía. Liderar al equipo técnico asignado, orientando y acompañando su labor diaria, facilitando los medios y recursos necesarios, y promoviendo su desarrollo constante, de manera a potenciar el crecimiento profesional del equipo y elevar la experiencia del usuario final. Experiencia laboral y educación Experiencia: 2 años en responsabilidades de administración de recursos técnicos domiciliarios o atención técnica en campo. Conocimientos técnicos de internet y televisión, o 4 años dentro Operaciones Técnicas dando soporte técnico con experiencia en gestión de experiencia en cliente (Customer Experiencia). Manejo de herramientas de seguimientos de trabajo y monitoreos de servicio. Área: preferible en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Eléctrica o Industrial. Licencia de conducir: Profesional B y vigente. Conocimientos sólidos en infraestructura HFC, FTTH, DTH, procedimientos de reparación y mantenimiento. Conocimientos Específicos Administración de Recursos Humanos. Administración de Proveedores. Manejo de Herramientas Informáticas y equipos de medición. Internet y conexiones WIFI complejas Capacidad de Negociación Diseño y mantenimiento de redes de planta externa coaxial (RF) y/o óptica (FO). Despliegue de redes de Fibra Óptica & HFC. Modelo de mantenimiento de planta eterna. Manejo de conceptos relacionados a: modulación RF, niveles de señal, balanceo de RED, interacción entre red óptica y red coaxial para la última milla. - Atención al cliente. Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes - Elaborar planes de acción, asegurar la correcta ejecución y evaluar el resultado de los mismos para lograr alcanzar y mantener los siguientes indicadores dentro de los parámetros establecidos por la compañía. - Estimular y fomentar la actitud colaborativa con el plantel de técnicos y los demás Supervisores. - Organizar, inspeccionar, planificar y motivar a los técnicos a cargo para obtener el mejor rendimiento de cada uno de ellos. - Garantizar que cada instalación cumpla con estándares de calidad, seguridad y experiencia positiva para el cliente en su hogar. - Conducir a su equipo al cumplimiento de los objetivos / indicadores del área. - Ejercer su autoridad con respeto, proporcionando ordenes claras y precisas. - Mantener una comunicación fluida con los técnicos y los demás Supervisores. - Ser parte del proceso de mejora continua. - Detectar en campo las distintas afecciones y necesidades en procesos, personal técnico, y clientes. - Velar en cada acción por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad. - Generar propuestas y alternativas (de procedimiento, instrumentales y materiales) para elevar la calidad del modelo operativo. - Desarrollar y capacitar a los técnicos en habilidades blandas y atención al cliente, además de las competencias técnicas. - Administrar y supervisar a técnicos propios bajo las mismas mediciones que los Contratistas tomando las acciones necesarias para el logro de los indicadores establecidos. - Asesorar técnicamente a los clientes que tienen conexiones de internet internas complejas y requieran un servicio especializado a sus necesidades. - Coordinar tareas en conjunto con otras áreas (Logistica, Factory, Call Center, NOC, backoffice) en caso de requerirse verificaciones fuera del domicilio del cliente y en base al resultado, realizar un análisis para dar solución al mismo. - Capacitación y bajada de información de los procesos, normas e implementaciones de sistemas que se van desarrollando en el área. - Dar soporte a coordinadores de contratistas de instalaciones domiciliarias en diferentes situaciones que podrían presentarse durante los trabajos. - Cumplir el calendario de patrullaje a Contratistas, y realizar la gestión de control, para el cumplimiento del 100% de lo exigido contractualmente. - Verificar el cumplimiento de los procesos, especificaciones y normas técnicas. - Dar seguimiento a casos especiales. (Denuncia por robo, destrucción de propiedad del Cliente, mala atención) hasta cerrar el caso con conformidad del cliente. - Certificar los pagos en trabajos especiales para el pago correspondiente. - Canalizar la resolución de conflictos y desviaciones, coordinando con las diferentes áreas involucradas, velando por la agilidad para la rápida solución de los mismos. - Resolver acciones disciplinarias y administrativas a recursos en faltas, considerando progresivamente las mismas, marcando un límite de tolerancias que serán consideradas. - Revisar los procesos técnicos con las demás áreas involucradas, actualizando las mismas según se requiera. - Recopilar información que ayude a la constante actualización de los manuales de supervisor y técnico. - Realizar informes acerca del desempeño de las cuadrillas a su cargo. - Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo al marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas. - Supervisar, controlar y ejecutar el mantenimiento de la red de planta externa para mantener los indicadores de calidad de red y operacionales dentro de los estándares definidos para el negocio. - Gestionar toda la logística necesaria para lograr los tiempos de resolución de problemas de red (mantenimiento correctivo) estén dentro de los plazos requeridos y definidos. - Asegurar la ejecución de los procedimientos relacionados al mantenimiento preventivo, proactivo y prescriptivo de acuerdo las mejores prácticas establecidas. - Priorizar los esfuerzos con el objetivo de maximizar los resultados. - Facilitador para conseguir los recursos de otras áreas para poder realizar el trabajo. - Responsable de la gestión del presupuesto de gastos (Opex) e inversiones (Capex) del área, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la participación en ejercicios de budget. - Gestionar los reportes de ejecución de proyectos, operaciones y mantenimiento de la red y de gastos de proyectos, operaciones y mantenimiento de planta externa. - Elaborar un plan de trabajo anual y dar seguimiento para cumplir los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía desde el punto de vista de la unidad de negocio. - Soportar los despliegues de nuevas tecnologías y/o expansiones de las redes de acceso fijo en la planta Externa.
