A Sr. Motion Designer at Raindrop is responsible for pushing the high-level creative at our agency and providing support to other motion/design team members. You will create engaging visuals that enhance the narrative of the creative and that are in line with the brand’s visual language. You will also collaborate with the Production & Copy teams to provide direction. This role requires a breadth of experience beyond technical skills in After Effects and into branding, concepting, compositing/VFX, and solid design principles. You will need to have a firm grasp of the assigned clients’ brand guidelines, understand how to translate that into motion graphics, and review other team members’ work to maintain these standards to deliver polished end products to our clients.
