   AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our brand new Idaho Fleet team in Meridian! AAA Oregon/Idaho is not just any Fleet. We have served our members for over 100 years and continue to be a strong organization, growing membership each year.  Under the guidance of our Fleet Operations Manager, our Fleet Supervisors are responsible for coordinating daily activities of our roadside Tow and Battery Technicians to provide effective emergency roadside service to members. In this role, you will ensure adequate staffing and vehicle operations to meet service delivery needs. You will prepare daily work assignments, monitor service delays, and assist with service delivery as needed. Most importantly, this role coaches, supports and provides leadership to our highly valued Fleet Services team.  Supervisory Responsibilities * This position supervises approximately 10-12 employees and serves as a member of the leadership team. Location * This is an onsite full-time role based out of our Idaho Fleet location in Meridian, Idaho.  Schedule  * Monday through Friday, regular business hours. * We are a 24/7/365 operation and schedule may adjust based on business and training needs. Starting Pay * Competitive starting pay at $65,000-70,000 per year, depending on shift and experience.
