About the role The Member Services Representative will take incoming calls and emails from group contacts, members, medical providers, and affiliates to answer any questions they have related to the member’s eligibility & benefits. The Member Services Representatives are primarily responsible for educating members on how to maximize the use of their benefits. What you'll do Handling client's questions over the phone and via email. Questions vary greatly, and there is no script. Personal training is provided, and new team members usually start taking calls between 1-2 weeks of being hired.
