Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is desired. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dining services. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation. Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
