Rondeau est une entreprise familiale qui offre des services de CVC et de réfrigération de premier ordre depuis plus de 25 ans. Nous effectuons l’installation, la réparation et l’entretien préventif pour les marchés maritime, commercial et résidentiel. Nous cherchons à agrandir notre équipe et offrons une rémunération concurrentielle. Initialement, ce poste desservira le marché maritime de la région de Montréal, en soutien aux chantiers navals du Québec, et sera complété par un soutien aux projets de fabrication à Brossard.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Nous recherchons un compagnon frigoriste (Red seal). Le candidat idéal devra être polyvalent dans divers domaines de la réfrigération et de la climatisation et être disposé à voyager jusqu’à 25 % du temps. En dehors de ses heures de travail sur le terrain, le candidat retenu soutiendra les opérations de fabrication à Brossard, dans l’usine de la société mère (Bronswerk Marine Inc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Certification Compagnon en réfrigération reconnu par la CCQ
· Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
· Compétences en communication et en organisation
· Compétences en dépannage
· Permis de conduire valide (bon dossier de conduite)
· Orienté santé et sécurité
· Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe
· Capacité à lire des plans et des schémas
· Compétences en service à la clientèle
· Certification relative aux substances appauvrissant la couche d’ozone
Tous les candidats retenus doivent satisfaire aux exigences du Programme des marchandises contrôlées (PMC) du Canada et obtenir une autorisation de sécurité du gouvernement canadien.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Certified Refrigeration technician. The ideal candidate would be versatile in various forms of refrigeration and air conditioning and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. When not working in the field, the successful candidate will support manufacturing operations in Brossard at parent company facility (Bronswerk Marine Inc).

QUALIFICATIONS:

· CCQ Refrigeration certification
· Fully bilingual (French and English)
· Communication and organizational skills
· Troubleshooting skills
· Valid driver’s licence (Good driving record)
· Safety oriented
· Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
· Ability to read blueprints and schematics
· Customer service skills
· Ozone Depletion Substances Certification
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and a Canadian Government Security clearance.

· Conduct HVAC and refrigeration system work activities required to operate, install, service, repair or replace systems, components and controls for marine, commercial and residential clients.
· Mentor HVAC/Refrigeration apprentices to journeyperson standard
· Document all information regarding work performed, including labour and materials list used to complete assigned tasks
· Troubleshooting issues with marine and commercial refrigeration/HVAC systems
· Support with quotations as required
· Support manufacturing projects as required
o Read and interpret the plans of the parts to be assembled
o Carry out assemblies or restoration of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components or systems
o Carry out the assembly or restoration of various refrigeration systems
