You’ll play a pivotal role in managing complex OIA requests, mentoring advisors, and driving continuous improvement across OIA Services, contributing to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.   Key responsibilities include: * Preparing high‑quality, timely responses to complex and sensitive requests under the Official Information Act * Providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and mentoring to Advisors within OIA Services * Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives that lift OIA capability and quality of advice * Working in partnership with managers and staff across the organisation to manage risk and deliver outcomes * Leading or contributing to significant projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101,287 to $131,077 based on experience and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
