Participate in Community Events for Newcomers.  * Represent the organization at local events across the city, helping to promote programs and connect newcomers with available resources.  * Provide Administrative Support.  * Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries to maintain efficient program operations. Update and Maintain Client Database.  * Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information, maintain confidentiality, and generate reports as needed.  * Develop Marketing and Promotional Materials.
