Perform and assign preventive maintenance tasks weekly, monthly, and annually for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards. Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and records using internal tracking systems (e.g., TELs). Respond to after-hours emergencies such as power loss, system breakdowns, or safety incidents.
