Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The System Director, Imaging Services provides enterprise-level leadership for all diagnostic imaging operations across the UCI Health system. The incumbent is accountable for the strategic direction, clinical quality, operational performance, and financial management of imaging services systemwide, encompassing modalities inclusive of radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, MRI, and CT. This role oversees the development and execution of systemwide imaging strategies that advance patient access, care quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The System Director partners with clinical and administrative leadership to drive service line growth, capital and technology investment planning, and workforce development, ensuring imaging services are delivered in alignment with health system standards and organizational objectives. This position provides leadership and oversight to departmental managers and directors across all facilities, with accountability for performance outcomes.
