Description
  Come join the Guest Services team at Black Butte Ranch!  We have an immediate opening for a full-time Guest Services Agent. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for guest check in/checkout, providing the highest level of service to guests and homeowners, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining our reputation as a premier resort destination. Our ideal applicant has previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry, can quickly learn new technology, can interact with all types of people, and is able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and weekends. This role will primarily 10am-closng and will start in April.  Pay is from $19/hr. based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for our full suite of benefits and perks, including health insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k) with company match, access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.   All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. 
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing guest check-in and check-out processes while delivering the highest level of service to both guests and homeowners. The agent must also focus on anticipating guest needs to maintain the reputation of the resort destination.
