Este rol deberá ser: Responsable de la gestión comercial y Consumo del portafolio de SPS y Ornamentales. Liderar equipo comercial y velar por su desarrollo. Liderar con el ejemplo. Promover una cultura de coaching y feedback. Diseñar y elaborar los acuerdos comerciales de cada año con los distribuidores y clientes finales. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos para ventas (volumen y precio), cobro (exposición de riesgo de crédito), y conseguir la participación de mercado de todos los negocios de SPS. Debe diseñar el plan anual de ventas y el plan a 5 años e Implementarlos de acuerdo con las estrategias de marketing y soporte técnico. Liderar al equipo comercial, de marketing y de Soporte Técnico de Syngenta con el fin de asegurar el logro de los objetivos comunes. Velar por la revisión, análisis y gestión del Go To Market en el territorio asignado. Desarrollar capacidades en su equipo de reporte con el fin de llevarlos a un alto nivel de desempeño. Mantener una relación de colaboración fuerte con el equipo de CP, particularmente a nivel de las zonas productoras de Ornamentales. Responsabilidades Cumplir el presupuesto de ventas de cada año generando oportunidades para el negocio en el mediano y largo plazo. Acompañamiento y coaching a la labor en campo de los representantes técnicos de ventas y con la FF del socio estratégico/Distribuidor. Responsable por el proceso de Forecasting y planeación de la venta, así como identificación de oportunidades no planeadas. Asignar de manera trazable los objetivos de ventas y consumo a nivel se su línea de reporte y estructura de canal con el objetivo de soportar los objetivos comerciales. Gerenciamiento y desarrollo de los canales de SPS México. Desarrollar relacionamiento con las principales PCOs de México, así como, clientes claves de la cadena alimentaria. Interacción efectiva con áreas de Marketing, Soporte Técnico y Desarrollo con el fin de maximizar la captura de valor para Syngenta, así como el ajuste y diseño de las estrategias de mediano y largo plazo. Mantener una adecuada interacción y cooperación con los equipos de ventas de cada zona de CP, cuando aplique y definir acuerdos de operación dentro del marco general de cooperación definido con CP. De manera proactiva acompañar el desarrollo profesional de los miembros del equipo de SPS brindando coaching, retroalimentación y motivación para el cumplimiento de sus metas y planes de desarrollo individual. Requisitos Es indispensable para esta posición: Profesional en Ingeniería agronómica o afines. Experiencia en administración de canales de ventas, distribuidores y minoristas (retail) y/o de consumo masivo (modern trade), así como licitaciones con el gobierno. Conocimiento de los segmentos de mercado afines a Flores, Home Care (Pest Control Operators, Consumo masivo, B2B, Gobierno), Pecuario. Entendimiento comercial y de conceptos del negocio de Flores y Home Care así como de los productos y ofertas integradas de estos segmentos. Fuerte liderazgo para la implementación de estrategias comerciales y para construir y liderar equipos de alto desempeño.
