REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Nursing, Social Work, Allied Health, or equivalent. Nitec in Nursing with relevant experience considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, call centres, or service-related roles preferred.
• Willing to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to speak local languages/dialects preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to medical queries via the 24/7 Virtual Care Hotline, supporting patients, caregivers, and community partners.
• Triage calls and escalate medical matters to VCC nurses/doctors.
• Accurately document call details in the system and NGEMR (EPIC).
• Conduct follow-ups on clinical cases after 2 weeks.
• Support patient care improvement initiatives and participate in community events/projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
