Acquires, plans and conducts projects to improve customer business operations by applying appropriate technical solutions and business methodologies.

Workforce Solutions Manager :

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Workforce S olutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our Workforce Solutions product s.
• Partner with the EDU Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients .
• Liai son between our customer s and internal teams.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client fulfillment.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by working with internal partners to improve processes.
• Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders such as workforce & sales to successfully understand current tools and processes and help further development of tools, programs, and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
• Become customer advocate by understanding needs of customer and current program options

• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of workforce/staffing industry.
• Foster collaboration and motivat e virtual teams to achieve high performance together.
• Partners effectively within a cross-functional virtual team.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present.
• Skilled at balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Capable of working autonomously and driven by internal motivation

  The annual base pay for this position is:
  Min $104,000 - Max $156,000
  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
