About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and people focused HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across a diverse operational workforce. Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will provide practical advice across the employee lifecycle while helping to create a safe, respectful and high performing workplace.
You will provide guidance across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits. As a key point of contact for employee relations matters, you will manage routine to moderately complex cases and support leaders through performance improvement, disciplinary processes, grievances and investigations.
The role will also involve interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards, employment legislation and organisational policies. You will contribute to organisational change, workforce projects, performance cycles, capability initiatives, manager training, HR governance and continuous improvement activities.

This is a permanent full time position. The role can be based in Adelaide City or the Barossa Valley, with flexibility to work from home for up to 2 days each week.
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between operational locations are required.
