Description du poste AIM est présentement à la recherche d’un Ouvrier d’Entretien de Bâtiment pour son site de Montréal-Est, pour un horaire de lundi à vendredi, de 7h à 15h30. Sous la supervision du Superviseur de Maintenance Bâtiment, le titulaire du poste contribuera à l’entretien général et à la maintenance des bâtiments. Il sera responsable d’effectuer diverses tâches d’entretien ainsi que des réparations mineures, en plus d’accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Effectuer la réparation de murs, planchers et plafonds; Réparation et installations de portes (serrures, poignées, peintures, etc.); Effectuer des travaux de charpenterie; Effectuer des travaux mineurs (plomberie, peinture, changer ampoules et néons, etc.); Installation d’unités d’air climatisé et de chauffe-eaux; Installation diverses (tablettes, crochets, etc.); Toutes autres tâches connexes.
