Tasks

• Conducting comprehensive financial analyses to support various business areas.
• Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and forecasting models to visualize financial developments
• Support with budget planning, forecasting and cost control
• Analysis of deviations between actual and planned figures and derivation of recommendations for action.
• Contributing to the development of strategies to optimize financial performance
• Collaboration with various teams to define and implement financial goals.
• Monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of economic objectives.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in finance, economics or a comparable qualification
• Demonstrable experience in financial analysis or controlling is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of financial software and MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros)
• Strong analytical skills and a precise and structured way of working.
• Excellent communication skills in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Ability to process and present complex data in an understandable way
• Team-oriented work with a proactive attitude
